Why Après Solutions exists
We saw the same story repeat itself: a company would buy an "AI chatbot" and two months later, shut it off. Generic responses, no context, no connection to the business systems. The customer ended up more frustrated than before.
Conversational AI works. The models are capable. But most agents fail in production because they're implemented as a patch: a generic chatbot slapped on top of existing processes, without understanding how the business operates, what data the agent needs, or how it connects to internal systems.
We do the opposite. Before building, we understand the operation. We map processes, identify what information the agent needs, and connect it directly to the business systems. It's not a chatbot held together with tape. It's an agent designed to actually work.
That's why we founded Après Solutions. We're not a marketing agency reselling chatbots. We're not freelancers configuring templates from a YouTube course. We build agents that work because we understand the operations behind them.
Our name says it all: "Après" means "after" in French. What matters isn't just the implementation, but what happens after. That the agent keeps working. That your team understands it. That the results hold.
